Editorial Policy
The current public policy for this website. Please review the full document below for the scope that applies to you.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
Our editorial purpose
Vocast Media publishes information to help people understand technology, discover useful ideas and make better-informed decisions. Our flagship publication, Techvocast, is focused on practical consumer technology. We also publish company, product and industry material through Vocast Media itself.
Accuracy and verification
We aim to verify important factual claims using primary documentation, direct sources, product documentation, official announcements and other credible material where practical. Published information can change, particularly in technology, so articles may be updated when facts, interfaces, pricing, availability or product capabilities change.
Corrections
If we discover a material factual error, we will correct the affected content as appropriate. Where a correction materially changes the meaning of an article, we may make the correction visible to readers rather than silently changing the record.
Editorial independence
Commercial relationships must not dictate editorial conclusions. Advertising, partnerships, sponsorships or client relationships do not give a partner the right to require a favorable editorial opinion. Sponsored or commercial material should be distinguishable from independent editorial work where applicable.
Reviews, recommendations and commercial content
When content involves products, services or commercial partners, we aim to present information fairly and avoid claims that cannot reasonably be supported. A commercial relationship does not automatically mean that every recommendation is paid for or endorsed by a partner.
Sources and original work
We prefer original explanation and useful context. We respect copyright, attribution requirements and the rights of creators. We do not intend to reproduce substantial third-party material as a substitute for original editorial work.
AI and production technology
AI-assisted tools may be used in research, drafting, production, transcription, ideation or other workflows. Human review remains responsible for published editorial decisions. AI output is not treated as automatically accurate simply because a tool produced it.
Updates to editorial standards
As Vocast Media grows, these standards may evolve. The current version published on this page is the operative version for this website.
